A journey of perseverance, passion, and community
For the first two years, almost no one was interested in PF Wiki. That was normal — there was literally nothing there. I didn’t know HTML or CSS. Every article was painfully copied from other servers. It wasn’t until my cousin started spamming in the PF Discord that the first contributors finally arrived.
I continued contributing and improving the wiki while facing academic pressure. I could only add content in my free time, listening to Spotify and reading articles. During that period, average daily visits reached 500.
Seeing the massive improvements in PF itself, I was motivated to push the wiki forward — and by then I had played enough games and felt a bit bored. We gained several active members who helped make the wiki better. I juggled countless tasks: up to 16 browser tabs! Trello, finding areas to improve, porting CSS/JS from other wikis, writing articles, taking screenshots… Luckily my PC was powerful enough.
✨ Today, PF Wiki is an active community, and I’ve learned HTML/CSS/JS, and am even building this website with React.
